Cheshunt Police Constable's Death - Thomas Bush

The death occurred on Friday afternoon, at 38 Queen’s Road, of P.C. Thomas Bush, of the Cheshunt Police. The deceased, who was only 36 years of age, joined the Metropolitan Police in 1904. In 1913 he fell a victim to phthisis, and after being medically treated was transferred from Islington to Cheshunt in April 1914. About two months ago he was again taken ill and, in spite of medical skill, succumbed to phthisis. He leaves a widow and one child, a little girl aged 5 years.
