A police pension and a gratuity to Inspector's widow approved

At the Hertfordshire County Council meeting on the 5th May 1913, it was decided on the recommendation of the Chief Constable to grant a pension of £53 14s. 11d. per annum to P.c. Wilsmore, who has served in the Ware Division for many years and has completed his 25 years’ service.

Gratuity to Inspector’s widow

At the same meeting, a gratuity of £243 15s. was granted to the widow of Inspector Edward Levi Draper, who died in January 1913 after serving in the force for 25 years and 246 days.
