Albert Ebenezer's 101st conviction

Transcript

At Stevenage on Thursday of last week Albert Ebenezer Fox (60), one of the ‘Stevenage Twins’, was charged on a warrant under the Prevention of Poaching Act with being in possession of 16 partridge eggs when searched by Inspector Bowyer, at Norton Green, on June 1, 1915.  The Bench convicted and fined him 30 shillings or a month, and he elected to go to prison.  This was Albert Ebenezer’s 101st conviction.
