Henry Chipperfield of 69 Eleanor Road, Waltham Cross, was fined 5s. and costs for being drunk and incapable near his home on May 19th. P.C. 23 N.R., of the Metropolitan Police, stated that the defendant was tryng to ride a bicycle but fell off and had to be picked up and taken into custody. He face was cut and covered in blood.
