Drunkenness

Transcript

Lilian Chalkley, aged 31, a married woman, of Datchworth, was brought before Mr J.R. Cocks, on Tuesday morning, on a charge of being drunk and incapable in West Street at 11.30 p.m. on the previous night.

P.c. Palmer found the defendant lying helplessly drunk in the road, but as she had been locked up all night she was discharged with a caution.
