Transcript

At Cheshunt Petty Sessions, John Roads, an old man of no fixed abode, was fined 10 shillings and costs, or 7 days, for being drunk and disorderly in High Street, Waltham Cross, on 20th April.

P.C. Green stated that the defendant had threatened to ‘brain’ people if they did not give him money.
