At Cheshunt Petty Sessions on Wednesday, William Brock, of Brook Cottages, Turnford, cordite presser, was charged with being drunk and incapable at Turner’s Hill, Cheshunt, on October 7.  He pleaded not guilty, but on the evidence of P.s. Oliver was fined 10 shillings or seven days.

Albert Hall, of High Street, Waltham Cross, labourer, was charged with being drunk and disorderly, and making use of obscene language, at High Street, Waltham Cross, on October 10.  He pleaded guilty, and said he had met a few friends, but he denied using obscene language.  Fined one guinea, or 13 days.
