At Cheshunt Petty Sessions, George Edwards, a carman, was summoned at the instance of the RSPCA for working a horse in an unfit state, on January 29th, at High Street, Waltham Cross.  Evidence was given by Inspector Hume White of the RSPCA and Police Constable Rolfe.

A fine of 1 guinea was imposed.
