Enrolment of Special Constables at Puckeridge

On Monday evening, 10th May, fifteen additional Special Constables were sworn in for Standon and Puckeridge at the Century Hall, before Mr Shepherd Cross and Mr C.J. Longman.

Mr H. Shepherd Cross thanked them on behalf of the county for undertaking the duties, and hoped they would be light.  There were now about 140 Special Constables enrolled in the Buntingford south section.
