Car obstruction

Transcript

Ronald G. P. Higgins , Heathfield , Lower Road , Great  Amwell , was summoned for causing unnecessary obstruction with a motor-car in West Street , Ware , on December 29, 1930.

P.c. Corn said that when he went to where the stationary car was , he found another motor-car was unable to get through.

At 4 p.m. he saw the defendant , who said he thought it would be all right to leave the car where he did.

Defendant admitted that he left the car at that place at 2 p.m.

A fine of 15 shillings was imposed.
