Joseph Brett, Wagoner for Mr Cowill, Battles Hall, Manueden, Essex reported to me at 1.30pm this day that a motor car ran against him, near the Red, White & Blue P.H. & slightly injured his hand & left leg, the car was supposed to be driven by Capt. Osborne of Rickling Hall, Essex.Police officer
