Transcript
On Saturday the 28th June about 1.45 pm, I received information that a man was riding a bicycle down Bells Hill, Bps. Stortford and he lost control of his machine and was thrown against the brick wall. The man, who I found to be George Wood of 40 Cadogan Terrace, Victoria Park Road Station, was taken to Dr Agnew who dressed his head which was cut about very badly. Wood then expressed a wish to go home. Dr Agnew said it was perfectly ludicrous to think of travelling in that condition and that he must go to the hospital were he was taken.Police officer
