Albert Dyer, employed by Mr Baxter of Northgate End, reports that about 4.30 pm he was driving the motor along the London Rd. Hockerill when George Hume of Ampton [?] Road, who was passing with his horse & cart. Albert Dyer stops [stopped?] the motor to let Hume pass when his horse shied and knocked him down and injured his head. He went straight to the doctor and had his head wound dressed,Police officer
