Mr. William Sandle Cole of New Town, Bps. Stortford reports that about 10:15 pm he was riding his bicycle from Felstead to Bps. Stortford when, nearing Threm Hall [Thremhall] Priory, he ran into some young bullocks which was [were] straying on the highway which caused him to fall from his bicycle. Would the Police kindly get the name of the owner of the cattle straying which was then in the county of Essex.Police officer
