From: Telephone message book: 11 Aug 1902 - 27...From Superintendent Wood to All Stations – Stolen from the Booking Office at Kings Langley Railway Station between 1.30 a.m. and 6 a.m. 11th June, 3/6 in bronze, 3/- in threepenny pieces, 5/- in sixpenny pieces and 12 penny postage stamps, supposed by three men of the following description, 1st 30, 5 ft 10, clean shaven, dark complexion, dressed dark cloth jacket & vest, cap, collar & tie, 2nd and 3rd short men about 25, one of these would have his hand cut as there was a lot of blood in the Booking Office.
