Stansted Essex, 4th September 1902. A woman who gave the name Emma Stackwood, age 61 yrs., about 5ft 4 or 5 in, rather stout build, fresh complexion, left ear torn in two pieces which was done by a child pulling her ear ring out, dressed in black skirt, bodice and bonnet, has four rings on her third finger on left hand, 1 old wedding ring, one old Keeper plain, all gold, and one gold dress ring. The above person was conveyed to Bishops Stortford Infirmary on Drs. Certificate, she being of unsound mind. Sergt. Kemp.Towns and villages
