From: Supt Wood To: All Stations In custody at this station for stealing a bicycle (recovered) at Garston yesterday, a man giving the name of William Taylor and an address of 2 Dalston Cottages, Wallend, East Ham, London, age 23, height 5ft 3, hair dark brown, eyes hazel, comp. fresh. A labourer dressed in dark grey slate coloured jacket suit, mourning band on arm, double breasted waistcoat, all the pockets on the clothes have 3 corner flaps which button, black silk muffler with gold flowers, light flanellette [flannelette] shirt, black tie, light lace boots, cap to match suit, respectable appearance.Police officer
