From: Supt. Shore To: All Stations Stolen by means of housebreaking at 21 Elton Road, Bengeo today: one lady’s small gold watch, initials “A.R.” on back and “J.B. Tabsely Ludgate Hill” on dome; 2 gold dress rings, 1st set with three stones, centre one missing, 2nd blue stone in centre surrounded by pearls. Property of J.P. Hill, Entrance effected by forcing front door with a jemmy.Police officer
