Woods To: All Stations Hired at 10am on 14th inst. for 1½ hours and not yet returned, the property of G Warren, St Albans Road, Watford, a gent’s bicycle, 24 in frame, Bluemel mud guards, drop handle bars, 28 by 1½ in wheels, tangent spokes, rat trap pedals, 7 inch crank, Midland tyres 1902, 1 in block chain, 87 gear, black enamelled, no lamp or tool bag, value £7, by a man giving the name of Collins and an address in Watford, age about 24, 5ft 7 or 8,. Fresh complexion, clean shaven, rather frizzy hair, dressedin light court coat and dark trousers & cap & wearing a gold chain.Police officer
