P.C. King No. 48 reports that at 3 pm 12th inst. he was on duty in Potter Street, Bps. Stortford, when he saw Mr. Harris of Stansted, Essex driving a cart on the off side of the street, and Mr. Johnson of Bps. Stortford riding a bicycle, & has [as] he was passing the cart , Harris’s dog rushed across the road in front of his bicycle and threw him off, & damaged the front wheel of his bicycle.Towns and villages
