Slight build, fair hair and moustache (hair turning grey). Dressed in dark blue serge suit, grey stockings, cord cap, high stand-up collar “Hope Brother” thereon, light tie, has a watch with black guard, lace up boots. Supposed to be of unsound mind.Police officer
