Wood To: All Stations Hired in Watford this day since 4pm for one hour and still not yet returned, a Gents Premier Pneumatic bicycle, 24 in frame, Harwich Tyre on back wheel nearly new, B.S.A. Rods & Tyre on front wheel, jointless Reins, flat handle bars, Aglical tube, fitted with bell, brake and mud guards, no lamp, value £4. The property of E J Brown, Watford, by a man who gave the name of E Wiilliams, age 27 to 30, 5ft 7 or 8ins, rather spotted face, dark moustache, wearing grey suit, bowler hat, believed to have a black coat underneath.
