Frank W. Ewen of Bengeo, Hertford reports that at 5:15 pm he was riding his bicycle along South Street Bps. Stortford when two collie dogs rushed at him & caused him to tumble off, & at the same time lost the pump off his machine & wishes the Police would let him know if it is brought to this station.Police officer
