Burglary - Hertford

From Superintendent Foster to All Stations – Wanted for office breaking at Hertford during night of 26th Inst a man 5 ft 7 (about), fair complexion, dressed in white corduroy trousers, dark mixture coat & vest, long scarf round neck, appearance of a labourer and must have several cuts by the broken glass from the window (age 22 to 32). This man was in company of another man in custody, if found detain & wire.
