A man age 30, complexion fair, 5 ft 4, dress grey jacket and white collar, dark tie, brown boots, black hard felt hat is wanted here for stealing on the 5th Bay mare, set of brass mounted harness and a high dog cart painted black, yellow wheels, no lamp, the mare has been recovered at Barnet Fair, it was exchanged for a bay mare, 15 hands, long mane, short tail, one big foreleg, in good condition, driving at 9 a.m. today in the direction of St. Albans, please inform Police of your District and ask them to be good to make enquiries at Livery Stables and all likely places for man, mare, harness & cart.
