Reynolds to All Stations – In custody at this station charged with stealing two pairs of boots from outside a shop at Hatfield on 24th Inst the property of H.J. Hankins, Sidney Howe, address refused, a painters labourer, 21, 5 ft 5 1/2, hair light brown, eyes blue, complexion fair, impediment in speech, scars on right elbow, pit of stomach and both knees ruptured left side, 2nd Frederick William James, no fixed abode, an Engineer, 32, 5 ft 5 3/4, hair light brown, eyes blue, complexion fresh, scars centre forehead, inside left forearm and left elbow, figure with soldier with flag tattooed on right forearm, cross back right hand, full rigged ship left forearm with the name of Jane under ship and several dots.
