I have to request you to be so good as to cause very careful enquiries to be made at all Painters, Decorators, Blind Makers and at places where painting to a large extent is being carried on within your jurisdiction with a view to trace the accused. In the event of your Officers succeeding in arresting Seagrave a telegram should be at once sent to Supt. of Police Blackheath Road, Greenwich, London, S.E. when an Officer will be immediately despatched for him.
