Mr G Berry, Chaldeans Farm, Much Hadham reported at 8.50pm the 20th Augt. 1902 that he had lost two Fox Hound puppies, the property of Mr Barclay Esq J.P. His J.H. Brent Pelham. They was [were] last seen about the farm on the morning of the 19th inst., both dog pups. Mr Berry thinks they may have followed a cart. I have made enquiries and still making enquiries of same.
