Continuation of account of stray horse found at 10.45 on 12 Nov 1900. PC Stevens endeavours to find the driver of the horse, and cart bearing the name H Pomfret of Hazel End, and unable to do so, puts up the Horse at the White Lion PH. Later discovers that the driver of the cart was John Barker of Birchanger, Essex.
