Attended Bishop’s Stortford Bench to give evidence against William Savill of Farnham Essex, charged with allowing his dog to be unmuzzled in Bishop’s Stortford on September 26th 1889. The defendant’s father was also warned about the same issue. The case was adjourned for a fortnight.
