Committed for trial at Ely Quarter Sessions on 15th Oct next charged with housebreaking and larceny, supposed previously convicted and wanted for other offences, Tomas Kelly, alias Smith & Walsh. A labo[u]rer, native place not known, age 34, height 5ft 5½, complexion fresh, hair brown, eyes blue, build stout, marks – scar right side of forehead, “C.F.” tattooed left forearm.
