From: Supt. Duke To: All Stations Extract from letter received by Justices Clerk, Ware, 26th April 1902. Missing from his home at 329 Hornsey Road, London N since 24th inst., William Pickards, age 14, height about 5 ft, complexion sallow, hair & eyes dark. Dress: dark grey jacket, dark cloth trousers, black cap, lace boots. He is in delicate health and is subject to fainting fits. Was last seen in the neighbourhood of Cheshunt, supposed making his way in the direction of Hertford.Police officer
