From: Supt. Shore To: All Stations Referring to my message of 3rd April re. robbery at Woolmer Green Schools, the two boxes of pens have been recovered. Description of two men: 1st age 30 to 35, about 5 ft 4 or 5, rather thickset, dark complexion and moustache, dressed in dark clothes and dark cap, white collar, talks with a north country accent. Accompanied by a man age about 50, 5 ft 9 or 10, medium build, dark complexion, beard, cropped short hair grey, dressed in dark clothes & hat, carrying a bundle. These men have been hawking the articles stolen. Please cause enquiries and if property is found in their possession, please arrest & wire to Supt. of Police Hertford.Police officer
