D.C.C To: All Stations Description of a man wanted on warrant at Hitchin for stealing a bicycle recovered at Hitchin on 18^th March 1902, Harry Hicks, alias Cole & Martin, age 25 t0 30, about 5ft 6, clean shaven, complexion fair, full eyes, hair light brown rather long. Dress blue serge jacket, maybe wearing a light dust coat, grey striped trousers and a black cap. If found, arrest & wire to DCC.
