From: Supt Reynolds To: All Stations 22^nd December 1901 11pm A man is in custody at Hatfield charged with stealing a clergyman’s cassocks, and another man wanted, tailor by trade, 34 or 35 years of age, 5 ft 4, dark slight moustache, billy goat beard, slight built, long dark overcoat nearly down to boots, dark cap with shine [shiny] peak.
