From: Supt Frogley To: All Stations Copy of message from Luton Boro Stolen on Sunday 15th inst., a pair of gent’s hand-sewn lace-up boots, size 9, tips on heels, brads & nails in toe, by a man about 22 years, 5ft 8, red scarf, round neck, and is wearing stolen boots. Was in company of a man & a cripple wearing brown boots.Police officer
