From: DCC Stolen from building during course of erection at Stevenage during the night of 26th inst., a plasterer’s trowel, one new plasterer’s brush about 9ins wide, the property of Wm. Howley, Basil Road, Stevenage, by a man age about 35 years, 5ft 6 or 7, dark complexion, dark moustache, otherwise clean shaven, hair dark, dressed in a light tweed suit carrying a plasterer’s tool basket, supposed making to London.Police officer
