Report Concerning A Sudden Death

In October 1914 Officers were clearly instructed to change the way entries were made. The left hand pages were now all headed “Particulars” and the right hand pages “Action”. For each new entry you now read from the left hand page across to the right hand page before returning to the left hand page for the next entry. This entry reported the sudden death of a woman at Hatfield and the subsequent Inquest.
