Cheque Fraudster

From Superintendent Harrington Saffron Walden to Superintendent Martin – We have just been informed by one of the Directors of Barclays Bank that Henry Bayley Toms has been trying to pass a cheque for £10 at the London City and Midland Bank Croydon in the name of Harold Northfield and will probably apply there tomorrow morning for payment, the Director here says he shall wire to the Bank Manager at Croydon to have Toms arrested if he calls.
