Dear Sir, please cause the following information to be circulated in your District. Stolen from Kings Cross passenger station about 10.30 p.m. March 1st a small wooden box covered with brown paper and with string & sealed with red wax, addressed to Mr. Gowland 17 Fawcett Road Sunderland, size of box 8 X 4 X 4, containing one turquoise diamond pendant in case No. 2115 value £27, one diamond pendant in case 2139 value £24/10/0, one peridot & diamond pendant No. 2426 value £28, one Olivine & diamond brooch No. 8579 value £32, one emerald & diamond brooch 8474 value £32, one spray ruby & diamond brooch pendant No. 8291 value £29, one diamond brooch pendant in case value £31, total value £204, each article and case marked with numbers as stated the property of G.N.R. Co., should you succeed in tracing the things kindly communicate with Major Carr Superintendent.
