….. last seen brown hard felt hat, light cloth jacket, black cloth vest, drab cord trousers leather straps below knees, heavy lace up boots, blue cotton Oxford shirt, red cotton neckerchief with flowers on it, left sleeve of coat fastened to shoulder with leather straps. appeared strange in his manner and it is feared some ill has befallen him.
