Reorganisation Of Night Shifts

From Chief Clerk to All Stations – Night Duty Routes & Slips in future. The month will be known by numbers namely one, two & three and will be worked accordingly. Each Division to work the same number. Supt. will report by telephone to the Office what number is to be worked on the first day of each month. Night duty routes to be made out accordingly & sent in on the 1st October 1903 when the same route and slips will be in use until further orders. Wm. Martin Supt.
