Chief Constables Orders

From Chief Constable to All Stations – Bicycle patrol duty is to be discontinued from and after this date. All Night Belts are to be sent into Headquarters as soon as possible except those which have been issued since 1st January 1903 until the Night Belts are re-issued 2nd Day Belts to be used at night, on the return of plain leather belts the 2nd Day Belts are to be returned to Headquarters.
