Stolen Fowl Waterford & Stray Horse
From: Telephone message book: 11 Aug 1902 - 27...From Superintendent Foster to All Stations – Stolen during last night from a fowl house at Waterford Hall Farm the property of Mr. Crampkin about 40 fowls ordinary barn door breed and various colours and about 6 white Aylesbury ducks, entry effected by forcing fowl house door, a cart was used on this occasion.
Also strayed from a field on the Hertingfordbury Road during the evening of 22nd Inst a black cob 14-3 hands, long mane and tail, knees have been broken in, good condition, shod all round, the property of Mr. Illott Town Hill Hertford.
