Wanted at Chelmsford for stealing a watch recovered on the 6th Inst Robert Joseph Rich alias Tyler, age 31, 5 ft 5 in, hair brown, eyes hazel, fair moustache, a carpenter, dressed in navy blue jacket & vest, dark striped trousers, cricketing shirt, was convicted at the Herts Quarter Sessions on the 15 October 1900 for stealing a watch at Bishops Stortford, he has an uncle name John Rich, a stonemason, at Duke Street Hoddesdon & he may call on the Rev. Fenn Vicar of Baldock.
