5. [Unreadable Ed.] Spearman [unreadable Ed.] what became of old lamp supplied with machine. } Old lamp so bad it dropped to pieces.
14. Special duty PC 13 Westlake [unreadable Ed.] Oct 8, Wm. Fox, Bishops Stortford [unreadable Ed.] on warrant [unreadable Ed.] if before or after Remand. } Wm. Fox apprehended on warrant for failing to appear to summonses.
