From Superintendent Wood to Superintendent Foster – John Sinfield of High Wycombe Bucks was convicted at Great Berkhampstead on 14 Dec 1898 for cruelty to a pony and was sentenced to 3 weeks H.L. [Hard Labour Ed.], at Watford on 10 Oct 1899 cruelty to a horse fined £1 and costs 4/6. Have none recorded against Henry Waylett.
