New Bye Laws

From Chief Constable to All Divisions – Bye Laws as to [unreadable Ed.] Houses. Sealed copies of above Bye Laws No. C.P. 46/02-3 dated 27.10.02 are being forwarded this day please acknowledge receipt in writing also a parcel containing copy of Bye Laws for each officer to replace the old ones dated 5.5.02 which are to be collected and destroyed at Divisional Headquarters please telephone when this is done.
