Message For Delivery To Inspector Jones RSPCA

Superintendent Shore [Hertford Ed.] sent a telephone message to Superintendent Foster [Bishops Stortford Ed.] requesting a message be delivered to Inspector Jones of the RSPCA asking if he would send a telegram to a Mr. Harrison a Vet confirming whether he could meet him at Broxbourne by the 5.36 p.m. or 6.10 p.m. trains and he will drive to meet him and wire before 4 o’clock or it will be of no use.
