From Sergt Handley - copy of information from Harlow - telephoned to all Stations. Hammond is not to be arrested but a warrant will be applied for. Note in margin "information in message is cancelled, but loser of bicycle will be glad to know if it has been in Hammond's possession". Incident continues over two pages.Police officer
